Tranny gears

I have a stock tranny for a f350 but have 37's on it and need to change the stock gears. What is a good set up for towing a large trailer. The tranny is a 4r100/e40d. Any suggestions?

You want to change the gears in the transmission? That's essentially impossible. I think you want to change the differential gears.

As Mark stated you would need to change your front and rear axle gears, and with that size tire I would say 4.56 would be the minimum you would want to go..

another thing...I have been having problems with it going into OD. Is this due to the stock Ring and Pinion gears...and if so I was also told to go with 4.88 gears front and rear...
