power windows dont work

hi guys i have a 2003 ford sport trac truck and the power windows dont work
i took the door master switch apart and tested the light blue black wire and theres no power there at all but when i put 12 volts to the wire and operate the window buttons the windows work what could be the problem guys any help greatly appreciated thank you very much

no power to windows

yes the fuses are good and relay is good the relay is on the same circuit as the radio is that right

Sounds like you probably are experiencing the pretty common issue of a broken wire in the boot between the cabin and the door.

hi im thinking thats what it could be to so i should take that boot apart at the door to see whats goin on

OK, I'm having the same problem. at first it was only when it's very hot outside (so cal)
now last sunday it stopped completely, as well as the rear window.
checked the fuses, OK, tried the door open/closed that checks out ok.
any help would be great.
