I have the correct engine perch for the power steering from a '71.
I have everything from a '71 F250 / 360ci truck. The new power steering gear is mounted as well.
Originally, as it should, the driver's side engine perch is 2" forward of the passenger side since there is a 2" offset on the engine.
The new engine perch looks like it is lined up even with the passenger side. Is it a matter of flipping the engine mount that bolts to the engine the other way or do I drill new holes to mount the perch.
Perches are even, They are not offset. The engine is offset to the passenger side and parallel to the frame by the drivers perch being longer than the passenger from where the upper bolts mount to the frame.
They should be in line in the original rear set of holes.
Your last picture is correct for the engine. Purchase new engine isolators for the later perches you installed.
Here s a shot f the bottom side of a 360. you can clearly see the enigine mount studs are in line.
