Exhaust Question
So recently i put a 4" MBRP turbo back straight pipe exhaust on my 04 6.0...and i love it, but i am moving to CA on the 30th this month and have found out that i have to get a smog check wich means i need to find a CAT for the new exhaust since the old will not work (to small). After doing some research i have only found a few around $250-400 does anyone know of a cheaper solution to do this? i just need it to get through inspection.

A good exhaust shop should be able to cut the ends of your old cat can enough to open them up to 4 inch...then bell the ends and weld up some pipe to fit it in place temporarily.
