When I went out to California a couple years ago, most trucks had the "*** dragger" look, even new dealer package ones.Im guessing its the Baha "look".
I like the level look with bigger tires.

I like the pre-runner (nose up) look... It serves a purpose in off road applications too. More weight is transferred to the rear wheels for more traction as well as decreasing your chances of smashing an oil pan or other important components in the front when hitting large bumps.
I have a 2" leveling kit. It allows me to run a larger tire and I get more ground clearance. I didn't want a full on lift kit, but the stock height in the front end just didn't offer enough clearance off road. For $80 I cannot complain.
I went with the 1.5" leveler as I put larger mudders on the truck.Looks good plus keeps my tries from rubbing except for extreme turns (maybe I should gone higher with the leveler). Chris

I probably need back spacing for my wheels. I don't rub that much or that often so I'm not too concerned about it, it's not eating the tires away, so I'm just gonna let it go. I am certainly happy with the leveling kit and have no regrets, I think the the truck looks 100% better with it, I just can't stand the look of the *** end sticking up in the air, looks like your ready to take up the rear.
Hey Chris, where in Cecil are you? Your more than likely only an hour away from me
I'm near Rising Sun. As far as spacers, even though they do the job, I don't like to look or the extra mud thrown. I just try not to make the super tight turns. I try to drive like mowing a field, no sharp turns and no back ups. Chris

Yeah I know where ur at, I'm about an hour southeast of ya. I don't get up that way much any more, used to drive by on 95 when i was dating the wife when she lived in New Castle De., finally moved her down here with me.
I agree with you on the backspacers too, I feel like its more work and money than necessary and like you said it looks bad and probably would throw a lot of crap around on the sides of the truck, and I have 3" flares on my truck. I had to get those cause even without the spacers, the width of my tires stuck out so far that truck looked like hell, and I like having the flares on it, they serve a purpose and I think it makes the truck look a little more aggressive.
I forgot to mention that I have heard of other guys using back spacing on the wheels and because it wasn't done right, it was messing up the suspension. Not sure why or what was screwing with the suspension, but I figure why take chances, that and I can live with a little rubbing since I'm pretty careful about it, it doesn't happen that often and when it does, it doesn't hurt the tires, at least not that I can see and I have BFGs. Those bad boys are tough *** tires and the only rubber I will ever put on any of my rides
