I found this....and would be able to cut the cost down by selling;
2003 tailgate (functional but beat up)
2011 tailgate (good condition)
fender flares (bushwacker extend-a-flares)
2003 bumper
my rust proofed (but rusty) bed.
bed liner
2012 New Ford Super-duty eight foot pick-up bed

Just going by memory, the tail light openings need some trimming to fit your old tail lights, the fuel door opening will have a port for the DEF which you won't need, and the body contour around the wheel well openings does not exactly match the older body style, but it's close.
