I took the driver side kick panel off to try and locate the plug that I would need to go into. There's a row of 4 of them but all 4 of them have the male and female connected with wires coming out of each. Yet I don't have factory cab lights. I assumed the plug I needed would only have the one side and then I would plug into that. Am I missing something here??
EDIT: I looked a little more and there are actually 2 additional connectors behind that row of 4. But they also are connected to something.
Ford SD - the connection I have is behind the passenger side kick panel. I see you have an '89 though. Mine is a '96. You might want to check the other kick panel.
EDIT: I just read somewhere that 1980-1991 should be on the drivers side.
So I found a complete set from an 88. So I would only have to change the plug right? And instead of running the harness down the drivers side I would go down the passenger side pillar since my truck is a 92+? Thanks
Hi. I have a 1994 F350 Crew Cab. My question is, does anyone know the spacing on center for the cab lights? I know for my model they were originally laid out in a straight line, which is what I plan to do; but I need to know the distance apart. Thank you.

Yes I saw it, the second time I read it; I must have skimmed over it the first time. I'm trying to delete my question in an attempt to avoid additional replies but I'm new to the forum and haven't figured out how to do that yet.
