Well I don't know about Matt's harness, but the one I have sitting on my desk is part number F2TB-15A404-AC if I am reading it correctly. The one I have is a factory original from a '94 F350.

80-91 they are behind the e-brake(drivers side)

Sorry to high jack this thread but does anyone know if they make clear or smoke lenses for these trucks? I've looked but can't find them anywhere but Ebay, and those come as universal kits.

YES, Complete Performance in Jasper TX sells them. You have to CALL them though. Their site Sucks
