Need help with DECISION!!!

i need help to decide if i should pull thru with this or not! Some of you may remember me some prob wont.
This is the truck that i used to have: 99 f250 12 inch lift on 44s 7.3l with 155k with dp tuner..loved this beast

Sold it and then got this beast. 04 350z ..exhaust and all..sprayed for a bit..

Now i found a guy that wants to trade me my z for his f350. Its a 06 10 inch lift, 37s (which are small), 4wd and really clean..some dings and dents with 176k miles, EGR-Studs-Head Bolts already done
Chip-Exhaust-Programmer

He wants me to trade him and PUT down 5000$ cash. It would be a trade so i save a ton on taxes here in FL.... his asking was $16000. mine was 13,500 with everything.. But he wont take anything under 5k he said... i like the truck alot, but dont know if its worth it doing it or not.. I buy and sell cars pretty often.. my truck i had for 6 months..the z for 1.4 years... now want to move on...

I had the 7.3L and loved that thing... 6.0 is a little new to me..but seems like hes taking care of the main issues with the 6.0. heres the truck:

I own a 6.0 and love it. Personally for me, I would not buy one that wasn't bone stock. I want to know it hasn't been abused!!

I voted stay away.....

diesel right now is like 30 cents higher than premium cuz thats what i have to put in my z...so approx $9 more a tank to have this truck.. and im hoping it gets 15 to 17 mpg.. he said he just got it out of the shop and had all the stuff done. i have a mechanic thats gonna take a look at it to let me know what he thinks.
i dont know the guy. hes got 2 trucks for sale and i want one of them. The programmer is SCT.. he romped on it and that thing is so damn fast.. he even said i wouldnt be pushing it like this if i thought something would break.

i always hear that but i love em lifted..and i dont have the time or money to really lift if after ive bought a truck. thats why i usual look at em lifted already. If i had the money i def would get a stock and do it my self...

One reason i want to go thru is...hes letting me pay with my credit card that i have 0% intrest and i dont have to pay taxes since it will be a trade..the little that i have to pay will just be written down on paper

With that lift and 37" tires I doubt you'll see those numbers.

A friend from navistar told me to stay far away from the 6.0. I know there are some who dont agree with that but I trust his advice. 7.3 p/s, I would say go for it.

You can see the nuts for the studs along the head instead of torque to yeild bolts.
