last december I asked you folks some advice about buying a used diesel. The advice was great and I bought the truck!! I can't say how much I love this thing..well you all have one so you know the feeling. Just the other day I got to finally pull something with it. my god up hill or on flat ground this thing did not care it just wanted to go....and keep going! I got the superchips "WOW" and the blue CPS. next is the 4" exhaust, turbo upgrade and 4" lift. I do need to do the mod to fix the air in fuel rails problem, but what I have read so far confuses me..( I have not read everything yet)

Congrats on the new truck!! If your like me you'll be thinking of things to do to it all the time. I'm going to do the fuel myself. I am going to try it a differant way ( material wise) And i'll let you all how it works out!! Have fun!!!!

make sure you get gauges if you do not have them already..! your stock ones are junk..! you HAVE TO HAVE an EGT gauge..! boost is good to have... gotta have a tranny temp gauge if you have an auto and you do ANY towing... and i would add to that a REAL oil pressure gauge... jmo...

 

good to know...I was just looking at a kit..went to a link from another post and found a deal on 4" exhaust and intake for 399.00 seems a tad on the cheap to me. here's the link...anyone know if this kit is junk?
