Oh truck is a 1994 F350 crew cab DRW Turbo ,Auto Trans with 173,000 miles on it
The o-rings are #111's, get viton if you can. The hose however can be either 3/16" or 1/4", depending on which style of return line fittings you have. This just came up recently, but I can't recall which thread it was in.....I'm thinking your '94 should be 1/4", but not positive.
It is rare that you can do one cap and make it work. The problem is that these orings get heat hardened, but they generally hold until they are disturbed, there is no way to do a partial side without disturbing the others. I have heard of some getting lucky though.
lol i was not lucky..... i ended up breaking the brittle caps .... i used vition o-rings and the return line is 1/4in ended up having to run to the parts store and buying there kit...... for 80 as i needed my truck the next morning...
