New retrun line leaking on #1 injector

I installed new return lines a couple weeks ago on my '93 F250 N/A and it's developed a leak at the # 1 injector. It's not coming from under the cap like it would be if it were the O rings and I used new O rings and lubricated them good before I put the caps back on. It looks to be coming from where the two lines go on to the nipples of the #1 injector cap. Should I cut new sections of line and replace those two pieces or maybe try some different clamps that will hold tighter?

Actually I got it from Accurate Diesel in Michigan on Ebay. So you think I need to just replace the whole kit?

the kit i got from my local parts store worked great, IIRC made by standard ( i could be wrong, its been a couple months and a few whiskeys), but hose clamps were green and it worked great. store currently bears the name "auto value" and has previously had the carquest and parts-plus names.

I had to replace one of my lines last week. It was soaked with fuel as well. I may have cut that line a mm or two too short and it was not sealing well or I could have upset it when swapping my #4 injector. I cut the new line a little longer and it is working fine so far.

I have some line left over from a couple of kits so I'll try cutting a new line just a hair longer and see how that works.
