I think it will be an inch or so higher in the front that way.

I did the 3" ski RSK...with Superduty front leafs code v. And a dana 60 swap. Than i put 4 inch rear blocks from a F350. Sits a half inch higher in the front...

James, that seems like a good idea. Maybe I should do that too. The bumper and winch, that is.
