HVAC Control Issue

I got in my f150 this morning and when I tried to use the heater it would only work on full blast mode on the control. all the other speed settings it was there was no air out of the vents. I checked temp control and mode switches and they all work, but no matter what I do I can only get full blast. Anybody else having this problem/have a solution?

Could be the blower motor going out. Always seems to go out at the best time of the year too

Check all the connectors on the blower motor housing to make sure something didnt come loose.

When the blower motor resistor goes out, it will work on high, but no other speeds...
The resistor is mounted in the air box, a little below and toward the center of the truck from the blower motor. There's an electrical connector on it, and 2 screws holding it into the air box.
