Cranking problem

My first post in this forum.
I own a 2002 7,3 Excrsion.last month i have problem to crank the engine.I am sure it is a electrical problem.
I have taken out the starter motor and it is ok, and the solenoid on the starter is ok.
Vhen I turn the ignition key i can feel the solenoid on the starter engage the gear, bur no turning of the starter.Have bought a new starter, but the problem is the same.I have cheked all battery terminals, and wiring conectors.I have 2 new batterys.Do anyone know if there is a nother starter svitch/solenid other than the one on top of the starter motor?
I live in Norway and there is no garage near me whith any experience whith us cars.
My car have 90,000km on it.Never had a problem before.

Have changed the starter motor whith a brand new one,Checed my battery conections, tryed to start it in neutral,Evrything seems to be ok.First time I notice the problem ,I culd turn the key of and it started on the next try.
Then after 5-6 starts it is more and more difficult to start the engine. Now it wont start at all. When a friend turn thev key and I hold my hand on the startermotor I can fel the solenoid engages the startergear, but the startermotor do not turn.Wil chec voltage on the red cable conected to the startermotor solenoid today.I belive the problem is in this cable, between the battery and the solenoid on the starter motor.
Is there another relay/solenoid betwen the battery and the startermotor?

Yes, there could be a starter soleniod on the RH fender between the battery and the vaccum pump.....could be your problem......they quit using it sometime in 2002 I think so 00 to 04 is not correct I think.....you might not have it depending on your build date.....but it is worth a look

Got her started up today,-18celsius cold.Got a webasto diesel heater conected to the engine. Most likley it have been a loose terminal on the negative side of my passenger side battery.I hooked up a electrical start help and she started right up.Perhaps my "new" batterys (under a year old)has failed?I have charged them overnight and they seems to be ok.
After a start up everything seems to be normal.
Thank you for all answers, and by the way:There is no extra starter solenoid on my passenger fender.
