1990 starting problem please help
i have a 1990 bronco II 2.9 liter engine the problem im having is that when i turn the key the starter solenoid just clicks once, i have replaced the starter solenoid, if you have any suggestions or what is wrong please help.

Check the cable & connection to the starter. A bad connection will cause this, if not your starter could be shot. How old is the battery? If it is weak it will also cause a click & no go. To check this out have someone jump start. If it cranks the battery is shot.
