Gents I ordered the vition O-rings from Mccmaster carr part #111 .... I need return line aswell what size / part # do you guys use from Mccmaster carr ? That fit nicely as the stock braided line that comes with the injector install kit? All help is apperiactied!!!! Thanx gents....
If I remember right there were two sizes 1/8 and 3/16, I would imagine all return line kits now come with 3/16.
I think the 1/8 was the 6.9 and maybe even the early ones at that.

3/16 inch ID (inner diameter) hose for all 6.9 and early 7.3 engines (~83-89)
The caps have the hose nipples centered inline.
1/4 inch ID hose for late 7.3 engines (~89-94)
The caps have the hose nipples offset along the side of the cap.
There is a guy on here that has made a few sets of brass caps for our trucks, so far only the early smaller hose style I think. Do a search and they will turn up.
Just for fun, I'll add that I reused my original caps about 2 years ago when I put the turbo on (desperately needed new hose though and o-rings though). I also reused them last year when I put new injectors in, but reused the hose as it was still good. Have had no problems at all. I think unless the caps crack, they're probably still good, and supposedly the OEM ones have worked better than some of the aftermarket kits. The secret is probably good o-rings and well lubing them.
Yeah I hear ya.... I did all the o-rings caps ,clamps yesterday I was trying to avoid buy the kit from O-riley but when I started I broke the **** off the cap or 2 it was brittle like a tooth pick just Snap.... The kit was friggin 83.00 and some change
