EFI intake question

I am finally getting my EFI conversion done on my 460. I will be building an engine up later to go in the truck. It will be .040 over and have the earlier pistons and some block deck work. I will be using the F4TE heads on that block. In digging through some PNs, I found that Ford changed the lower intake in 1993, both intakes I have are E8TZ pns, one ends with BA the other with DA. What major difference is there and will using the early design be a problem? Thanks,

I honestly couldn't tell you, but, I took apart a 460 from a 94 F-350 that had F4 heads and the intake casting is F2TE. So something is different. I don't need it so if you are interested, PM me for details.
