been around a few car washes in my day and you can't misalign it when it's on the tracks. also anything that would would make a dig that far back would make a dig all the way down the side.are you sure you didn't have a little mishap when you got it muddy?

You can mis-align them.
Anything that would make a gouge like that would stop when it reached the back of the truck or when the truck re-centered on the track.
I take my truck (F350) to a place where most of them speak vietnamese and english, the owner is vietnamese, very professional and everyone with great attitude, I speak spanish, english and some german and some viet. What exactly do you mean? Because I've visited some Walmarts at night and oh men, they are not exactly spanish speaking people.
The car wash is the only way my truck gets washed. The water out of my well is way too hard to be washing your vehicles. It will leave spots no matter how fast you dry it off. Also, you do not want to be washing your truck when it is 20 degrees outside, but you have to get the salt off.
Knowing this, I take mine to car washes that I know can handle a truck this size, plus the management has a reputation to make things correct when things do go wrong.
I do the same here because of the weather. Although I usually go to the self serve ones. No track or anything.
