My 06 6.0 is doing the same but i have aluminim radiator,egr delete, aftermarket oil cooler,headstuds,and recently replaced head gaskets ,new turbo and 4" mbrp exhaust my coolant keeps dissapearing iv tried inspecting everything my worry is headgaskets are blown i replaced the motor with an 03 6.0 but i rebuilt everything and i havnt been getting on it hard iv towed a horse trailer but nothing serious and traveled about 200 miles back home can someone help me out
Zombie'ing a four year old thread in the forum section for engines two generations before yours isn't likely to net you real help. I would suggest starting a new thread in the 6.0L section of the forum to get some help.

Huh, I thought OBS PSD was the same generation as SD 7.3 PSD. Kind of shows what I know about the post IDI lineup.
SD 7.3 has no fuel pump (external electric), no vacuum pump (hydroboost brakes, electric vac pump for HVAC, completely different accessory bracket, different PCM/electronics, different injectors, intercooled, more stuff I can't think of. Base block and heads are similar, but enough differences that most forum sites have separate sections for them, because different issues come up with each generation.
