I know of 10-15 people with failed Terminators...

4 of which I have helped personally when stuck.

Joe, you are smarter than this. How many Terminator pumps are on the road vs. the 10-15 that failed? Every product ever made has a failure percentage. That's what warranties are for. When the failure percentage gets too high though, the warranty becomes worthless.

LOL. If the pump is not being offered because they are making improvements to it, and they have no re-release date, then yes, it is out of pocket indefinitely
