Remote starter
Hey i have a 92 4x4 f150 and i want to put a remote starter in with power locks. I have powered locks already but no key fob or anything like that. My question is what kit does everyone use? any help would be great. Thanks

My suggestion would be any DEI product. I have had nothing but good results from there lines.
I've installed about 5 or 6 of there remote starts and have never had an issue. The first one I bought from them was about 7 years ago and it's now in its third vehicle and works like new.

They include full instructions in the box as well as online at the manufactures support site including wiring color chart to follow for any given model. You know the color wire you're looking for, where its located and how to test insure you do actually have the correct wire. Include a small tester do so with, lights up "green" for 12v+, lights up "red" for 12v-.
