MSD 6a Install or not?

I have a 74 F350 w/460 4v, C6. It has the stock Duraspark and ignition module. I have a MSD 6a module that I was going to install in my 72 F250 but things have changed and I am now wondering if I should install it in the 74. Has anyone installed one in their 73-77 dent and is there any great benefit to doing so, or should I just keep it stock as is?

Thanks!

I have, Ive noticed a slight improvement over the duraspark. I think the MSD would be a little more reliable, as some of the durasparks Ive had have been 50/50, never had a problem with my msd (got it on 2 trucks, 1 for about 200,000 miles). The MSD works well with the duraspark dist. I would say if you have it might as well use it, or if you run into trouble with your duraspark, then swap it in. If you don't have any trouble at all with your duraspark leave it alone and save the msd for another project. If you use the MSD do a coil upgrade to get the full benefit.
