What is this vacuum fitting?

Putting my truck back together tonight and I found this thing....

I don't remember taking it off. What is it supposed to go to?

Map sensor passenger side on top of the AC unit.

And it's not a vacuum line but a pressure line for the Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, which is ambient air pressure + boost pressure.

Yep, no vacuum lines on a diesel

That is a great picture of the AIH, i have never seen the inside of one I can see why people take them out. There ARE vacuum lines on the truck, they go to the hubs and ac, and are all ran off the vacuum pump..... none on the motor though.
