fuel pressure regulator
does anybody know of a test for my FPR ? if i remove the vac line should it go to full pressure or Zero I dont have a book on it yet have to make it back to parents house out of province that were all my stuff is stored. Also do i have a MAP sensor on my truck 1990 F150 302 EFI and a location on that

You should read pump pressure with the vacuum line disconnected, regulated pressure with the vacuum line connected, IIRC. Look for fuel in the vacuum line, leak in diaphram.
The MAP sensor on my 1991 460 is on the passenger side near the firewall.

You should also read fuel pressure with the key on and engine off.
Yes, you should have nearly full pressure with the vacuum disconnected.
Fuel pressures:
45-55 key on engine off (KOEO)
8-10 psi lower key on, Engine running (KOER)
Pressure should come up 8-10 with KOER and vacuum disconected.
