Letting oil drain

Today after I drove around to warm up the engine and oil to get ready to do my regualr oil change. I let the oil drain out of the pan for about 5 mintues and of course took my filter out during that time. While i let my oil drain I looked over my engine to make sure everything was good before I switched to Rotella T6 synthetic. I looked in the oil filter assembly and about one little teaspoon of oil was left in the assembly. While looking in there it looked like there was a filter that had a little oil still on it, should it be covering something or look like it was half way on the assembly.

Looking at the picture its right in the middle toward the front of the assembly, it has a little oil on it.

Every thing in the pic looks normal to me. Don't turn a simple oil change into major surgery.
