I pulled off the panel tried to lubricate but didn't help much. Also I don't think the power lock is hooked up becuase no movement at all when you hit the button. Any ideas and how to loosen up and how to fix the power lock? Thanks a bunch!

I have a 96 f350 crew cab and the front doors lock and unlock but the rears dont any ideas?

You'll have to pull a rear door panel, unplug the connector from one of the actuators, and use a test light to see if it is getting power. If no power, they you have to trace the wiring to see where the problem is.

My guess is that your back two actuators are sticky/dead - it's a pretty common problem.

You need to replace the actuators, or check the wiring that leads from the doors into the cab. They get cut a lot in the door jams. Also read this:

Exactly they are the same. rod is different use the same rod over if you need to only problem is room to work and grind off the old rivet. It is a bigger rivet and a pop rivet gun will not work. I believe it is a #25 rivet. I fixed one worked for a while now both will not lock. I gave up it was hard. I am thinking now it might be a fuse but not sure where to look as the fuses are not marked in the inside dash.
