Dream setup?
Here's mine:
The truck: 1965-79 F800/900, 6x6, air brakes, outfitted as a log truck.
The powertrain: Dual LPG fueled 300's (12 to 1 compression, HD exhaust manifolds, etc, etc), with one engine standard and one reverse rotation, mounted side by side and feeding power into a marine 2 into 1 dual drive, then into a HD 5 speed with 4 spd brownie.
Can you just imagine the torque that setup would generate? It would need it too, I'd estimate that truck at around 15,000 lbs EMPTY!
