Lightbulb carburator question 300 eng

anyone tried a 2 barrel or even a 4 barrel on a 300 4.9 with radical cam and bigger pistons?

It depends. What do you mean by radical?
Lots of these engines around with bigger cams and 2v or 4v carbs. Holley 2100 2v's are popular. So are Holley 390, 450, 470, 500, and some 600 cfm's and Demon 525's etc. But, there are no application specific off-the-shelf- performance carbs for modified 300's...takes some tinkering to get everything set up and running together in a satisfactory manner with whatever carb one uses.
