Multifunction Switch Problem
So I slipped and fell on some ice after our first snowfall and it cost me $250 to replace the multifunction switch that I grabbed a hold of and inadvertently had busted off of my 2010 XTR. I am wondering now if I had messed up an install of the new switch or if it is faulty. The broken one worked fine even after it broke. The functions all worked. I replaced it this evening with the new one and tested it for function. All but the hi beam function works. I can't get it off of hi beam now. Is it a faulty switch or did I do something wrong installing it? Seemed like a straight forward repair to me.

right turn signal only goes to first detent where it flashes 3 times and doesnt stay in position until i turn in the opposite direction. could this be a defective multifunction switch? damaged secondary detent? im not too familiar with this system...
