Multi-function switch?

Multi-function switch?
Is this the same thing as the turn signal switch? I'm looking at some schematics trying to hunt down a short circuit that keeps popping the # 1 fuse. The schematic shows the multi-function switch which looks like it is the turn signal switch, I just want to be sure.

Not in my truck, the turn signal switch simply operates the turn signals and the tilt wheel function. The wiper switch is in the dash right next to the headlight switch. My rig is a 1990.

That wreck was a parts truck from last year, the woman is still pissed about it showing up in the driveway while she was at work!
