Regarding the MAP sensor, the truck acts the same weather or not its plugged in but when its not it turns on the check engine light. It goes away when I plug it back in. Is that what you mean by pull the codes? The check engine light?
No, go to fordfuelinjection.com for info on pulling the codes with a paper clip or jumper. They also have a description of what the codes mean and what each sensor does.

I have an 06 F250 with a 5.4L engine. I brought the truck into the shop and ran it on our new scan tool pulling codes P0121(tps circut A fault. Both banks 1 and 2 are lean and there s a misfire upon seeing the 1st 1,000 rpm seems like an intermitten problem there. Also showing codes P2104( throttle acuator-forced idle) and P2112( throttle acuator stuck clodsed) I believe much of my problem may be my tps needing cleaned or replaced, however the truck is also going into failsafe mode where it will die and start right back up, only doing this on occassion. I am going to clean the throttle body, MAF and TPS sensors and c if this helps fix the problem. I dont want to take it to a dealer because after reading some additional post ,most of them cant fix the problem either.
