Diesel prices

It`s sitting at $1.269 and I`m hopping it comes down at least abit soon, like it`s supposed to.

Yeah usually diesel is quite cheaper then gas, but for the past few weeks its been the opposite. I keep hearing something about a shortage too? Sounds like a excuse to gouge us!

There`s no end of excuses, the price just keeps going up and we keep buying so why not raise it some more?

My oldest son works in the patch hauling crude and he said it has been tricky to get enough diesel the last little while. Tonight he could get none where he usually fuels up.

Wow, here I thought that it was just western Canada with a diesel shortage. So far I`ve had no problems getting diesel here.

Their is a shortage around Regina, the local Coop is having a hard time keeping up with the demand. I know we had to wait for a few extra days at the plant here to get our tank filled.

I think I saw 1.299 in Humboldt today. Good thing I'm not driving the diesel much right now.

Monday I filled up at Grasswood Shell it was and still is $1.219.
Since the phone number wasn`t on the receipt I phoned Shell Canada and I was forwarded to a lady in South Africa. Nothing like outsourcing Canadian jobs.

Fuel here is 121 and gas is 115 the reason for it is because there is a fuel shortage they blame it on planned maintance in the edmonton refinary and the explosion at the regina refinary truck stops here are running out of fuel and the ones that have fuel are limiting trucks to 300 litres.Even North dakota was having problems getting fuel. As far as the prices i think it just ripping off the little man

how else will they make record profits? Thats the thing that annoys me the most. Often I don't care what things cost, but when you know you're getting bent at the purchase every time, and they still brag about profits, something needs to change.
