Have a 2006 F150, head gasket leaking bad. It is the drivers side head. Does anyone know how many hours this job is? and does the engine have to come out or the cab have to come off? Has a 5.4L Engine. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
I have not personally done one, but I have heard that they are a pain to replace. There is a lot of crap that has to be moved out of the way in order to get the heads off.
