Speedo Problems
I have an 89 F-350 with a ZF-5spd and a 7.3 IDI diesel. Recently I had the flywheel changed from a dual mass to a single mass. Before making this change, the speedo worked perfectly, now it bounces all over the place. What happened? Did the garage (who did the work) break the cable or screw-up something else?

your speedo is cable driven so could be a few things. maybe the outer cable got kinked/dinged, maybe the little plastic gear on the end got damaged, maybe the inner cable needs lubed. Have a look at the outer cable for any signs of damage.
