Speedometer cable extensions?
My installation of a Spicer 5831 3-speed over/under behind my NP435 is proceeding slowly but steadily. I hadn't thought about speedometers until now; the old cable is not only too short but it may be a different thread and cable end, too.
Anyway, do I have to replace the speedo cable all the way back to the dash, or is it possible to make an extension cable with a male and female end? Any recommendations on speedo shops that could handle this?
