Mirrors
Hi, I'm new to this but I've been wanting a ford truck for a while now. The only thing I know I want is a truck with mirrors like this:
Can someone tell me if there's a name for this type of mirror and what models/years they are on?

They are called, "6x9 low mount "swing loc" mirrors".
There were several variations. The most comon is the 6x9 low mount swing loc with "aero" type head. (Oval and round) begining in 1982.
There is also a "triangular" head version. Look in my gallery for a picture of that version. Mostly used 1980-1981.
