Have you checked for any codes?
You could check for fuel delivery. Remove the fuel filter cap, turn on the key and see if the bowl fills.
Unplug the ICP on the right valve cover and see if it starts. Also, check the FICM fuse and perform the FICM voltage tests.
Look at Bismics no-start procedure in the tech folder.
