Change the HPOP oil then install one of these while you're at it:

You know you guys are contributing to this by joking about it right? We joke areound by talking about the top end oil change, people (not knowing we are joking) google it and end up....where else? Powerstokehelp.com

ANYWHO, You do not need to "change the oil" in the HPO system. It pulls oil from the crank case and dumps it back on top the heads after it passes through the injectors. I change my HPO oil every time I turn the key.

And for what it's worth don't listen to anything that slick ***** (Bill) says at Powerstrokehelp.com. He is either wildly misinformed or a crook who is intentionally misleading people to make a profit. His videos are good for nothing other than entertainment once you know what you're looking at with a Powerstroke. I hate to bask on someone, but that guy doesn't tell the truth in his videos, either ignorance or greed is to blame I'm not sure which. How's that for "the volcano effect"?

The system is designed to 'not" have the problem you are describing
Its not a "newer " re build kit .. the screen on the end is the edge filter ..

it is the early version of the IPR . The later , has the Edge filter up stream in the pump ...
