I started to slow down and pull over and got it down to about 15 -20 mph and hit the brakes and that is when it felt like I got hit. There was a huge bang and the Right rear was on the ground. All the studs were gone and the wheel center was gone too. There was aluminum pieces all around in little chunks. The face of the mounting flange looked good. Not like the wheel was loose for any length of time.

I really liked the look of the wheels I had but I am not 100% confident this will not happen again with that wheel.

Most definitely looks like the wheel failed. You say you were towing a trailer so it's possible that the wheels were not rated for the load.

I agree to me it looked like the wheel failed, I was fortunate enough to talk with customer support at this company and they sent me 4 new wheels. These wheels are rated at 3460lbs a wheel so they should be sufficient. Like it said earlier I don’t feel comfortable running them anymore and am going to go back to a stock wheel when I can find some. I also plan to run over some CAT scales to see what I am actually at.
