Really hard start
this truck is a 99 F450 with a 7.s 200,000 an it. The truck has new glow plugs and new glowplug controler, and new block heater. In the mornings it takes like 20 min to start cycle the glow plugs turn it over for 10 sec and repeat for 20 min then it finally starts. ICP presure is 2300-2800 when cranking. its also 45 deg in the shop. has oil and fuel.

Have you tested the new GPR with a volt meter to make sure it's putting voltage out to the glow plugs when the key is first turned on?
When it does start, is there lots of white smoke? Any history of poor oil change intervals or any reason to suspect poor compression?
