2004 250 fluid leak

Rusty: the leak seems to be coming out of the housing above where you have circled in that picture. Is that the fuel pressure? Should I do the blue spring mod? What is the cost of blue spring generally?

Yep, that's the fuel pressure regulator cover with the 4 screws. I bought the kit with a new cover for about $65. They offer jut the gasket and spring.

Fuel Pressure Regulator "Spring and Reseal Kit Only" (no cover, should be much cheaper, has gasket): Ford#6E7Z-9C165-B IH#1854267C94
Regulator cover gasket only: Ford#3C32-9C065-AA
