They made them with four wheel drive and I'm sure you could just get one with a transfercase. The only problem is I think they are electronically controlled, that might make it a little tough to swap in.

Your transfer case should have a tag and label on the side of it up under the truck showing make and model. It could be a Borg-Warner or a New Process.
If your transfer case is married, then it bolts directly to the trans. If it's divorced, it'll have a knuckle between the output shaft of the transmission and the input on the transfer case. The knuckles are universal joints and act like a small driveshaft. Married or divorced makes a difference regarding transmission swaps, as well as what transfer case you have.
