I'm using the cloud-rider.com chrome inserts. I didn't want to add the snap on buttons nor cover that nice look chrome front.
So far its worked well at down to 20 below
and looks great with all the chrome.

According to my dealer, the black textured mirror caps will never be offered. The problem I have with a lift kit is they're all a leveling lift kit. With plow prep my truck already sets level so I need equal lift front to back. Seems every kit is an inch shorter in the rear.

I talked to the parts dept at my dealer and they said, far as they know Ford isn't making one for the 2011-up Super Duty. That seems stupid to me.
I can't believe it's this difficult to find the things I need for this truck. I'm starting to regret buying it a bit. This "well thought out" truck doesn't seem to be so thought out much at all anymore.
