Cant get muffler off!!!!

This is a stupid problem, but I cant get the dang muffler of my 2000 f250 v10. Ive yaken everything off except the center strap on the muffler itself. All others places of attachment are off. Help please!

when it comes to exhaust heat hammer and if all else fails just cut

x2 on the cutting it , exhaust parts that have been together for 12 years typically dont just come apart.
