i have 2 concerns... HELP!

Take a small screwdriver and try and get as much junk out and around the sparkplug holes and blow them out with an air gun. Then spray with a penetrating oil and let it sit over night. Proceed with removong the plugs. Use only Motorcraft replacements with anti-sieze, torque according to specks. Replace plug caps & coils & maybe wires. Good luck.
