IMO. 4.56 gears r a lil to low to run with 35" tires. What he should do is call Richmond gears an talk to them. He can tell them what tires he has an how much weight he is pulling an what RPM he wants it to run. An they will b about to tell him what gears will work best for him.

Stock tire size. I'm not one for doing those mods. Now my dad on the other hand that's a different story.

While that is an option, that wouldn't be one that I would consider given that you have a 50/50 shot of getting a good one. They still have issues with them and considering the have the TSX, I doubt support would be all that forthcoming.
