They are canned tunes. You will see a difference in your truck. Some of them are hard on the transmission. Save up to get a tuner from a custom tuner and you will be much happier
As the other's have said Nick, canned tunes dont hold a match to any from DP,TW, or any of the other custom tuners not mentioned who know what works best for the 7.3. The ones available from Hypertech etc....that have canned tunes as Jim said, are kind of just generic tunes. Going from canned tunes, to something such as a DP, is almost like going from stock to Hypertech, except as Jim mentioned, the tuners such as DP or TW are much easier on the engine/trans etc.
The F5 holds 16 tunes, uses a shift on the fly digital switch. The F6 does the same, but can be upgraded with tunes gotten from DP thru email and uploaded to the chip via a USB cable.
