had the truck hooked up on a computer @ a local shop last night on the road @ full operating temp and the readings were @ ficm logic power 3.38 volts fimc main 12 volts ficm vehicle 3.38 volts.
Forgot, there's also a FICM vehicle power PID that be at 12 volts as well. Those readings are way off - they can't be right if your truck is actually running.

+1. I don't think vehicle would run with FICM main power that low.
Something is wrong with their equipment since your truck actually runs. There is definitely something wrong, and it just may be the FICM. BUT the results they are getting are not consistent with a running truck.
You should check it with a volt meter and see what you get. The procedure is simple and it's in the Tech Folder.

+1. The issue sure MAY be the FICM, but could be loads of other things as well. First step is to pull codes if you can. If you can't, check output voltage on the FICM pins.
