Good morning all, I hope you have a happy Tuesday.
Something to be thankful for is your health. A co-worker of mine almost killed himself this weekend while riding his atv down the ramps off the back of his pickup. Somehow the atv fell over and pinned him underneth bashing his head between the ground and the handlebar.
He is in the hospital with a broken jaw, nose and two eye sockets. He's lucky he didn't die. His neighbor found him lying pinned underneth the atv unconcious. His Christmas and News Years will definately be painful after he is released from the hospital.
So, the moral of the story is "Be careful Out There!"

Glad to hear he wasn't killed, but it sucks that he will be in the hospital for awhile. Been there, done that, no fun at all. And the pain makes it worse. My prayers will go out to him and his family.

Don't know what the temp is supposed to be here as I haven't checked, but I do know it was cold in the house this morning. I kept wondering why the heater did not come on. Answer. I misread the dial, and had it set to 50 instead of 68.

Anyone ever posted anything on CL? I am sure you have, and I am sure you got all kinds or responses from people who claim to be overseas, and will come out on a certain date and buy/rent whatever it is you are selling/renting. Happens every time I list something. In this case, a roommate is moving out, and I am renting a room. So far, I have 2 people interested both "claim" to be young females (21, and 25) and one is from south Africa, and the other from France. Even though I stated in the ad you will be sharing the house with two men in their 50's. So I am supposed to believe these two have no problems renting a room in a house with two men who are old enough to be their dad? Right. And I was born yesterday too.
I think it is time Craig changes the name of his list to Scamslist.
